My wifi is not active I need a 3 meter pole so my wifi can work

Worse experience ever as a new customer they keep on rescheduling my installation date since last and even my wifi is still not active how long should I wait inorder my internet to be active because I have been waiting since the 13 of June now is July and we are heading to the quarter of month but still nothing.The WhatsApp line is very useless.
