hey you are speaking with Zintle from Mfuleni ,I have a complain yesterday the technician supposed to came and installe my Wi-Fi but they didn’t came…I had to waste my money to buy airtime and ask the problem only to experience poor service and dishonest from the call centre.They don’t even bother them self to call me and explain what’s happening I was the one that was calling them ,they will just say they don’t see anything on the system haibo how but I paid and they sent me a message that was saying on the 13th the installer will came and I did conform that I will available… Now they are saying they’re going to send me another date they’re going to came with excuses again.
