****** ****mers!!! I made a payment on the 15th Jan through a voucher fine they managed to assist for me to redeem after numerous calls I made and my calls were dropped by their agents and I don't know why they allowed to make the full payment if I will be disconnected on the new month of Feb so basically I paid the full R395 just for few days and I'm only getting paid on the 15th of every month now I don't have WiFi and I'm working from home. You better come and uninstall this nonsense so that I can get a new fibre!!!!!!

Trust that you are well. Paying on the 15th its best when you submit a debit order form instead of paying cash/ vouchers to avoid you being disconnected month end. We don't have different payment dates, our cut off date is the last day of the month and payments are due on the 1st. If you are a payer of the 15th, its best a debit order is submitted to avoid you getting disconnected month end.
