LUNGA BAD MANAGER

***RUDE MANAGER*** I spoke to rude and unproffessional manager her name eas Lunga.

I had been waiting for maintenance to be done for over a month now and nobody contacted me. Lunga checked my contact details on the system is correct and advised there was no reason someone should not have come and suggested i am LYING!!

She then advised just because i stay in manernburg does not mean i recieve special treatement and then uttered something in her language and some agentsor people in the background was then laughing along with her.

When confronting and asking her what she said if it was my business it would of been in english or better yet "Afrikaans" , people were laughing again in the background.

I then suggested to soeak to someone higher and she said she is someone higher i need to take it or leave it.i then advised i will cancel my service and she said she would happily do that for me and that i can go to Vumatel if i wamted to we got over enough customers in townships who appreciates the waiting time and what they do.

I personally feel attacked amd had camcelled my service with TOOMUCHWIFI , for a manager to soeak like this is not professional.

I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE ELSEWHERE AND GET TREATED BETTER!!! I PAY FOR A SERVICE NOT A PRODUCT ALONE!!!
