Installation
Sorry to say but this company’s service is the worst. Paid for installation beginning of January and it’s long past 10 days already, still no installation and now they’ve communicated about installation taking place today (20th) and someone must be home between 8-5pm and looking at the time now it’s almost 4pm and still haven’t heard from them.
I also want to add I’ve experienced the exact same thing last year when I was scheduled for an installation and took off from work, waited all day ano one rocked up and then after 5pm they’ll just send another WhatsApp text stating your installation is scheduled for this day or that day and this then happened another 3-4 times when I had to stay home and wait for these technicians. They take your money but their after service is damn putrid
