Inconsistent in providing

Inconsistent in providing. I have used toomuchwifi since last year and I have never had a good experience. I have not had internet since last Friday. And all they tell me they will schedule my connection and not even saying will the servicing will happen. I work remotely most of the week and now I cannot even work. They have not even provided an alternative for me to use such as a toomuchwifi voucher that I can use whilst they sort out my internet since I can connect to the toomuchwifi public connection. I've had to take a day off since I don't have an internet connection. I don't even know when will they come and I have paid for this month. All they say is they're sorry for the inconvenience whilst the inconvenience is costing me money.
