I waited for Wi-Fi installation, technicians never shown up

I waited for Wi-Fi installation, technicians never shown up. I called customer service they couldn't come with proper answers. They sent me no message or call about what's going on. Too much Wi-Fi is has worst service ever. I which my money can be refunded. Poor, poor customer service
