I need my money back from toomuchWifi

I payed my wifi on the 3rd of April 2026 but it's still off till today. It's the 2nd month doing the same Poor service.i don't need their wifi anymore. I need my money back and come to collect their poor decoder ASAP. 5days full without wifi....
