Hi Thando,

Thank you for reaching out. Your proof of payment has been received and only verified on the 13th June 2025 which was last week Friday and counting the SLA, you are currently on day 2 as the SLA starts counting once the payment has been verified.

We have escalated for a date but please be advised that it was only loaded recently onto the profile for the SLA to start counting.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
