I had a a connection issue for the past 4 days,but I didn't report it until I was home then experience it myself then I logged a ticket for it and made a call to them and tell them about it,the lady I spoke too,took me through shooting and she was very patient with me while assisting and she said after if was done i should wait for 5 min right there and there after 3 min the wifi worked and she said she will call back and check if it's working aslnd she did as promised and I had advised her that it's all sorted now and she explained what could have been an issue and to report the matter as soon as it happens the next time.overal the service was perfect
