Horrible wifi ever. Rain is even much better.

I initially wrote a review on 13 January 2025 about the poor performance of the 20 Mbps package I subscribed to, specifically regarding slow speeds. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

Last week, I received a call from Kim, who informed me that she couldn’t directly resolve the problem but promised that a technician would be scheduled to fix the satellite. However, I have yet to receive any communication about the scheduling. This marks the third week of dealing with this unresolved issue and nearly two months of enduring subpar internet service.

I’ve only been using this service for three months, and I’m already facing my second maintenance request—if they even follow through. My primary concerns are the lack of communication and the unreliable network.

For anyone considering TooMuchWiFi, especially those working remotely and requiring a stable connection, I would strongly caution against it. My biggest regret is not exploring other alternatives before committing to this provider.

Lastly, I encourage prospective customers to look at the comments on TooMuchWiFi's Facebook posts. Many users are expressing their frustrations with the service, highlighting systemic issues.

TooMuchWiFi, I urge you to take your customers’ concerns seriously and resolve this matter promptly.
