HORRIBLE SPEED, UNTRAINED CALL CENTRE AGENTS

It is an absolute waste of money. I took their most expensive plan for the best speed they can offer and its horrible. Each time I call(with my own airtime because turaround time for logging a ticket and receiving a call from them can go up to 4 days) I will be told they'll restart it. When they do it works a couple of hours and switches off again. You have to constantly have airtime to call them and tell them to fix it. The Internet speed when I measure it can go as low at 2mbps when I pay for 20mbps. The call centre staff are seemingly not IT specialists in any way, they cannot answer the questions I have and are written a script of what to say when you call and complain about the WiFi. To be honest, don't waste your money, rather find alternatives.

They cannot give me a permanent solution to their speed problems and sometimes the WiFi does not work at all and no one in that call centre can answer why it isn't working all they can do is "restart" absolutely horrible WiFi.

Hi Lwanele,

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how unacceptable it is to pay for a premium service and not receive the expected performance, especially when it impacts your daily activities. We regret the delays you’ve encountered with call-backs, the recurring connectivity issues, and the inconsistency in speeds compared to your subscribed package. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.Your feedback regarding repeated restarts, call costs, and the need for a permanent resolution has been noted and will be escalated to our technical team for further investigation. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your account in detail so that we can work toward a lasting solution.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our service.
