Horrible service

Yoh!!! worse service ever, been calling their call centre everyday for my installation Nomonde and Khuthala **** to me as their stupid team is still not here, then today i call again this useless guy who has no idea how he system works tells me i didnt make payment, he cant find me on the system, i give him my ref number which he couldnt find, yoh that guy is useless, rude and has bad attitude to top it, i asked him to trasfer me to someone that is willing to assist me and he said his the only person, i want my refund now im done with these idiots
