Horrible Service

My connection has been bad since wednesday, my wifi kept buffering and shows no internet yesterday i called was asked to take picture of my router but nothing was escalated then again today i called in to be told i must do speedtest and send it through and wait 72hours what nonsense is that im paying for this wifi and i wont be reimbursed for not having service an now im told to wait so if i did not do a follow up today nothing was going to be done this is unacceptable, i even dealt with a rude agent who did not even let me finish just cut me off and asked for my number i gave her the number 3 times and she told me she couldn’t find my number on whatsapp
