Horrible experience as a new customer, just horrible.

Horrible experience dealing with TooMuchWifi. On the day where my installation was supposed to take place after receiving confirmation from their team that they will be coming, I took a day off, only for the technicians not to show up worse of all no one says anything. I was constantly calling trying go find out what's going on, customer service stuff have no clue on the technicians work flow and whereabouts and they give vague answers everytime you call. Installation took place a day later than planned, to my surprise the wifi network doesn't even reach my room at all which buffle my mind. I asked for a solution and paid R500 for an extender, today technicians were scheduled to come install my extender, two technicians came to my house with no clue what they here for and they did not have the extenders. I then ask why are they at house for then??? It makes no sense, wasted an entire day for them to tell me they do not have what I want. Again I call and follow up, send emails with no one giving me a proper answer on what is going on and when am I getting my extender. The time is 18:30 now I was told technicians that are near me will be contacted and called in for overtime. None of that has happened, I again had go call and follow up on this. I definitely will not be recommending TooMuchWifi to anyone until they actually fix their service especially communication, there's just no information flowing from the customer advisors to the technicians and to the customer. They are not doing us a favour, we are paying for their service, they are not the customer, we are.

Hi Sonwabile,

We sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had with our service. We understand the frustration caused by the missed installation appointment, lack of clear communication, and the delays in installing your extender. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we are sorry for the inconvenience and time you’ve lost as a result.

Your feedback regarding the breakdown in communication between our customer service team and the technicians is taken seriously, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure better coordination and information flow in the future.

We have escalated your matter to management, and a dedicated team member will be in touch with you directly to provide a clear update and finalise the installation of your extender. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to resolve this matter.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Connecting iKasi to the World,
TooMuchWifi.
