Formal Complaint: Ongoing WiFi Connectivity Issue

Good day I would like to formally report an ongoing issue with my WiFi connection, which has been down since last night. I have made several calls to report this problem; however, no action has been taken thus far. I also informed the consultant that I work from home, and due to this unresolved issue, I was unable to work at all today. This situation is extremely frustrating, particularly as I am paying for this service and continue to experience poor support and a lack of timely resolution. I kindly request that this matter be treated as urgent and resolved as soon as possible. I would also appreciate feedback on the steps being taken to restore my connection.
