Extremely **** service delivery!

*** service delivery! This is a very poor service. My wifi is down for exactly 4 days now, I created a ticket on Monday already and to this day they have not contacted me back. I gave them a call regarding my situation, they said a technician will get in contact with me, and no one did. Today I gave them another call asking why have anyone not gotten back to me yet the consulted couldn't even give me proper answer...I got quite frustrated because this is not the first time I've been complaining about the same issue instead she told me to not get angry but how can I not if I've been complaining about the same issue since last year November, what's worse is that she ended the call in my ear without further assistance. I have honestly had it with this poor service. For months I've been issuing tickets regarding the exact same issue and all they do is apologize for the inconvenience, say their technical department will get back to me, ask the same questions over and over while I complained several times for the same damn thing...I have seen so many bad reviews about this service across social media yet they not even making an effort to fix their bad service. They are literally exploiting people, legal action needs to taken against this company because no where in hell can you let people pay for a service as bad as this. Let alone pay for wifi that doesn't work...this is unfortunately my last month with toomuchwifi and as a social media influencer I will make sure I expose their bad service across all social media platforms making damn sure they lose as many customers as possible especially for how I was treated today.
