*Extremely disappointed with TooMuch WiFi.* I logged a query weeks ago because my connection wasn’t working properly which made it impossible to work. Despite following up multiple times, I was kept waiting with no resolution. Yesterday, I received a message saying technicians would come fix the issue, so I took a day off work to be available. To my frustration, *no one showed up and there was no call or update*. This kind of service is unacceptable. I regret subscribing this month. If you rely on stable internet for work, *think twice before choosing TooMuch WiFi.*
