Error redeeming voucher

Bought R100.00 1Voucher and R100 OTT voucher tried loading on TooMuchWifi but I keep getting an error message that says "error redeeming voucher". I did contact TooMuchWifi but they never responded, I tried several times it's been two never heard any communication from them
