Empty promises and incompetence

I really wish I was one of the people having a good experience with this company. Last month I paid for a full months internet connection and received only 2 days and they gave me R100 discount for this month. I have now made another payment 3 days ago and I still have not been connected and I know if I don't get connected today I will probably get a chance to contact them again on Monday. So if you are person working from please do yourself a huge favor and stay away from them as they are very unreliable this is my last month with them I can not risk my work just because of their incompetence and the empty promises they guve each time you contact them with an issue. This is the 1st time I have ever come on Hello Peter and reviewed a company and trust me I have had bad experiences but not at this magnitude
