Empty Promises

Paid for my WIFI and installation on the 06th of June and up until today no WIFI has been installed.

I was supposed to have my WIFI installed last week but due to reasons unknown to myself this has still not taken place. I have called countless times to your call center and have been met with below than mediocre customer service with nonchalant responses about why they have not installed this WIFI which has been paid for at the beginning of the month.

Install was booked for Monday again Its Tuesday and I'm still waiting on my installation. No communication as to why they didn't pitch and no tangible answer at your call center. I honestly don't know what kind of pyramid scheme you guys are running. Taking money from me then playing hid and seek when its time to deliver services
