Dissatisfied with unresolved issue

This has to be the most horrific WiFi providers on Earth I believe . They are very undermining and ****s full of illiterate agent who don't know they jobs. Our WiFi has been off since the 28/11/2022, and what's ****ing us off is the fact that a payment has been made for the month of December and still this issue has not been resolved. I have sent them an email on the 9/12/2013 and a lady by the name of Sinalo rep**** to advise that the issue has been escalated and we should be getting a response on the 11/12/2023, till today no technician has come to sort out this issue and what's ****ing me worse is they haven't even processed my refund back
