Dissapointed and i want to cancel

im very dissapointed and very angry you dont deserve even the one star i gave. its 2 weeks now without wifi and i was calling almost everyday first i was told to wait 72 hours for technicians then i was told they will come Sunday last week. i waited no one came. i called again Monday i was told that Technicians had to reschedule im only told that after i called, they said they are going to come Thursday 19/03/2026. Again no one came. i called at this point im very irate spoke to an agent i think name is Amanda i called at 17:59 call duration was 04:00 minutes she was so rude that she dropped the phone on me telling me i should have a way of talking. still sitting with a wifi thats not working for 2 weeks.
