Disgusting services. Empty promises. Overall frustrating

Dissapointing service! 🤮 At this point I am disgusted with TooMuchWifi. We logged a ticket last week Thursday already, issue still not resolved. There is no sense of urgency at all. They don't understand the impact this has on their customers. I am talking about missed work deadlines and cost of having to opt for other connection means.

After following up with them several times, the client service consultant all she could say is; "unfortunately I cannot confirm when this will be resolved, the ticket is with technical support".

Called technical support my call was picked, but they did not bother to address my issue instead continued with their own conversation on the background.
