Disgusting Installation Service
TooMuchWifi deserves 0 rating. Poor poor service with no communication at all. Your technicians were suppose to come and install my WiFi today between 8am and 5pm. It is now 17:06 and nobody bothered to phone me after I kept phoning your customer care the entire day. I took a day off at work for this installation. I started phoning them again from 17:06 and they only picked up their line at 17:34 only to tell me I will be rescheduled for another day ***. What about the day off I took at work and stayed at home waiting for them as they cannot even tell the exact time of their visit. You don’t deserve customers for real.
