Different month, same problem.
Another month same old problem with ToomuchWifi. The last time I wrote a review here I got a call from them and things got better with the wifi but it's a new month and it's back to the same old problem. Their wifi keeps disconnecting every 5 minutes and I logged a ticket a day ago and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Are there any good wifi companies that service Gugulethu? Please help!

21 Dec 2023, 14:56One of your agents did get in contact with me and she said in order to resolve my issue I need to pay R500 extra so the wifi can cover the whole house. So your wifi only covers the room it was installed in? Is that how it works? I thought it was called home wifi not one room in your house wifi, please enlighten me on this. Then the agent said she would be sending me a link to do a speed test and she did and I did the speedtest and from the result of that test I am not getting what I'm paying for if I understand it correctly. Please explain what the R500 is for and I see now that my plan has been changed and without my consent, who's going to pay the extra amount every month?
