Constant connection issues

I've had the wifi for 6 days and 5 days out of the six, I've experienced connection issues. Sometimes(everyday) the wifi gets slow and takes forever to do just a simple Google search. Everyday the wifi says "No internet access" so I have to struggle with it to finally use it. I always have a hard time watching Netflix on my TV because of the poor connection that makes the picture blurry and pixilated. I've only had this wifi for 6 days yet I already have so many complaints, you need to do better.
