Connection

To be honest I m very very disappointed. I phone them numerous times to come and change the WiFi poll because my neighbour's one doesn't give him problem every since they change his one . And too top it off this morning I phoned them 3timea but my issue were resolved and u have been cut off twice . I have no connection but it's paid. My phone can't even connect. I understand there were heavy rains but I was watching TV still last night and this morning no Internet connection. I would really think twices recommending people. I just wish they can come and fix this problem really.
