Connected without internet for almost a month now

I did write a review about how bad their network is and still I haven't got any help regarding that instead when we call them they tell us to do speed test of which doesn't work. We haven't had internet for almost 2 weeks now around 5pm late it says connected without internet of which that's the time we come from work to use it but it won't work at all and even now since last week it's been saying connected without internet but we paying them on time R395 per month but we not even using the internet even yesterday and today it still says connected without internet n unorder for me to write this review I had to buy data on top of having internet that doesn't work I'm not happy at all with too much wifi shame
