Connected without internet for 5days now

My network has not be working since Friday morning last week, it's been saying connected without internet and when we called their customer service company they told us their technicians are working on their way I don't know which way because now it's Tuesday. Imagine 5 days without internet and yet we pay R495 per month and when it's the 26th of the month they send a link to pay they don't forget but they don't provide good services to its customers. Please resolve this issue 🙏 toomuch wifi 😑
