Complaint about poor wifi serbice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I have been experiencing with my WiFi connection.

My internet keeps disconnecting, including while I am working from home, which is extremely frustrating and affects my ability to do my job. When I contacted your support team, I was told to wait 24 hours, with no immediate solution provided. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable, especially as I rely on a stable connection for work.

I pay for this service every month, yet I continuously experience the same issues and have had to complain multiple times without any lasting resolution.

If this problem is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription. This will be my last month using your service, and I will not recommend it to others due to the poor reliability and support.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
