Bad services

Lack of sense of urgency to client's complaints. Always passing the buck to the next person. They have poor customer service, with zero follow ups but quick to remind you about your payment before its due. Its been 24 hrs without reliable internet connection while I've been calling them and sending texts only to get empty promises of my problem getting fixed
