Bad service, not responsive
Too Much Wifi in Ilitha Park, Khayelitsha is not connecting, they are not attending to the issue we have immediately. I have logged a call Friday for the to check why my wifi is not connecting after I paid them. They keep asking for the pictures of the router and when you send them via whatsapp they take forever yo get back to you. I am highly dissatisfied with their service. 3 days with no connection, some of us are working from home and cannot get done with the tasks because their connection is either slow or not connecting at all. This is tiring because every month I am going through the same thing and having to fight for connection.
