Bad service

I'm so disappointed with toomuch wifi service, their WhatsApp form of communication is ridiculous 😪 paid for the wifi and the agents confirmed they have received the pop ,only played for 2days then stopped ✋️ have been sending massages on WhatsApp from last night no call or reply to issue
