Bad Service

I’ve never experienced such bad customer service I honestly do not recommend this WiFi company to anyone. I upgraded to the UPS service that they had so that I’ll still get WiFi if there’s no electricity. The technicians came after the stipulated hours and didn’t finish the job. I called numerous time because half the time the Wifi couldn’t connect, they called me and said I should wait 10 working days! Imagine for their mess. Finally on Monday the 20 May the technicians came and installed the tower that’s supposed to run this UPS thing. They left me without any connection claiming that their main tower is down and they’ll come back the same day to connect me. I’ve been calling since Monday I’ve spend more than R150 on this. The agents are clueless they promise to call back and they never do. I’m due for maintenance on Saturday. Mind you it’s been a whole week without connection. I am so disappointed with the service shame! No one is accountable for anything they don’t know who worked where it’s a mess.
