BAD SERVICE
I made a payment on the 16th May 2025 requesting for Wi-Fi installation only on the 10th June 2025 they came for 5min to search for signal and advised they did not find it and advised of a refund that will take up to 72w/hrs while waiting for a refund, I received an sms rescheduling for a second test which will take place on the 14th then rescheduled for 15th however they never came till date.
I referred a Neighbour which her Wi-Fi was installed yesterday only because her husband forced the TECH GUYS to search at the back, and mine is still not yet installed and have not yet received my money back. How long such I wait as it has been over 30 days. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY OR COME INSTALL MY WIFI

20 Jun 2025, 08:56Hello Anelisa. Thank you for reaching out. Our technicians came to your house twice on the 10th and the 18th and could not find signal. Just because your neighbor has connecttion does not guarantee you will get, as there could be an obstruction between the Highsite and your house. Kindly send through your Banking details so we can process your refund. Please be advised that the waiting period for refund is 5-7 business days once it has been captured.
