Bad service
A customer since 2020 and very year since . The last couple of months the level of service deteriorated. The internet service you can only use when available . I have been paying the loyally every month. Regarding the service that i pay for i dont get . Extremely disappointed with the service and how the call centre treats complaints.

01 Oct 2025, 08:36New month , same problem , its amazing how quick you were able to respond to a complaint i wish you could be so fast in sorting out my problem . Day 3 and nothing changed , payment is due and that will be the reason why u never fixed my problem…..
