Bad network bad customer service

I have been with you for 8 months now to tell truth it has been the worst experience ever bad customer service i have report bad network atleast 4 time each months currently.i am paying for uncapped 20mbs but everytime i do a speed test Always less than 4mbs .i bought a smart TV 4 months its has new played properly due to bad network i ended installing DSTV because of ur bad network
