Bad customer service experience

Too much wifi has bad customer service My wifi was installed on the 27 April 2026 the technician left before connecting me to it and he said he will call and tell me when to connect because he is waiting for the office to do it i have been waiting since then I called the office on Monday and they said my issue has been handed over to the correct department on Wednesday 29 April 2026 I got a message saying someone will come and connect it on Thursday 30 April 2026 no one came no one contacted me even now when I contacted the office someone answers but as soon as I mention my issue the line goes quiet Worse part is i am new customer
