Bad customer service ever

I payed then last month on the 26 of April for moving my WiFi to the new house am moved in thats in the same street they never pitched but the were to quick to take my money I ve been calling them every day they keep on scheduling for date after date that time am the one who is calling them everyday to check what is going on why they not coming they don't have a valid reason it's just lies I will never refer any one to them they had the dicensie to send me massage to pay for activation without even assisting me in the first 300 I payed them for moving the WiFi from were it is I could say they are ****s cos how can u take someones money and not render the service you promice
