Bad customer service

On the 28 July I made a payment of R695 for installation and payment for wifi,and on the 2 of august 2023 the people came out for installation and couldn't find signal,and then I was told that refund will be made within the week,and up until now 13 August nothing has been refunded,I do not recommend TOOMUCHWIFI TO ANYONE,the service is PATHETIC,no customer service.
