Bad customer service

I am honestly disappointed in the level of service your company is providing , My connection has been off for 4 days and I have been raising tickets yet have not received any feedback with regards to the tickets that I have raised , I have made 3 calls and I was unable to troubleshoot as I am at work , I sent WhatsApp photographs on *** and I have since not received a call back , I was promised a call back after 7 twice but I have had no response , I am paying full payment for my WIFI but i am not getting any connection , each time I raise a ticket they say I have a ticket raised and will get a call back but no call back has been made . I am extremely angry and not happy with this service .
