Bad and unprofessional service] 5
Extremely bad and unprofessional service from too much WiFi, their technicians came and installed my WiFi in an existing and out out of range pole in the building and joined the comps cable on an old cable they found in the building now my WiFi keeps disconnecting and too slow when connected. 2 times they have scheduled to come and fix the problem but they never show till this day..... If you have an installation date with them please be careful their technicians are very mischievous and unfriendly

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the installation issues and the missed appointments.
We viewed pictures of your WIFI, judging from them the equipment used to do your installation is new besides the pole used to attach the CPE/dish out. TooMuchWifi techs are allowed to attach two CPE's in one pole especially if its in the same house/flat like they did with your installation.
We have escalated your query to our scheduling team they will be in contact with you via call/WhatsApp.
