Avoid TooMuchWifi Like The Plague

For the past few weeks, we have been experiencing a very slow and sometimes non-existent connection with TooMuchWifi. To give you an idea, my latest speed test showed an abysmal 0.39 Mbps upload speed, a massive 432ms latency, and a download speed that failed to even register.

We have tried alerting their customer service through their WhatsApp channel and submitted countless tickets. When we finally spoke to customer service representatives, they approached the conversation with the assumption that we were lying about the network issues. The connection consistently drops to unusable speeds every single day between 16:00 and 23:00. Outside of those hours, it's a gamble whether it works or not. When I tried to explain this daily pattern to a representative on the phone, she literally went silent.

We have also emailed them, but three weeks have passed with absolutely no response and no technicians sent to our property. It is just endless stalling; it feels like they know exactly what the issue is but are deliberately hiding it.

I highly recommend avoiding TooMuchWifi. They come across as ****my—very quick to take your cash and send technicians for the initial installation, but the moment you encounter an issue, you are completely on your own. Expect nothing but endless stalling from their so-called customer support channels.
