As per my last review, my wifi connection has been put off, after I told them to fetch their equipment and give my money back, they took their own initiative and used my money to pay for a microchip box that I did not break, I was told to do s rebooting process and it failed horribly, my instructions was clear I'm going with another service provider please fetch your equipment and pay my money back, I spoke to the technician that came out, and I told him I payed for connection at the beginning of the month, so what's gona happen to my connection for may? And he rep**** that may month should be free, well my wifi is off now, too much wifi please come fetch your equipment thank you
