APPALLING AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

Appalling service. Beginning of June connected to them, connection was very poor but they explained as to why. They advised mantainance will come in 7 days. 2 weeks later their team comes on the 23rd of June and they disconnected the connection from the pole. Called the same day and they advised 72 hours the tech team will be sent out. They will always say "I will call you back" but what they actually mean is that whilst they inconvenienced you, do the call back. A date of June 28th was given and no communication sent out and at about 17:00 on the day, I called to make a follow up only to be told they are not coming they might come on the 29th or 30th of June 2025. They whatsapp allows you to chat according to how they want you to. Advisors get quickly annoyed and management is very poor. All they care about is " we will compensate you with more days connection " what about in the meantime you disconnected the already poor connection, what am I using to stay connected???? They do not care. I would not recommend this to anyone
