So 22/01/2026 technicians come and confirm they fix what they needed to fix I should be able to connect once I pay which I need to deal with the office fine no communication which is fine because you supposed to do a follow up to make sure issue is resolved as you guys are well aware that installation package of R645 comes with service of one month which you can clearly see as I was not able to connect I did not use which am supposed to be compensated for before I start paying monthly if your wifi connect and is working. But what I failed to understand why is the so much leak of seeing things through and fix instead of coming to this platform first in order for things to be done.
