ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!
Their customer service is absolutely useless because they never get things done and it seems like they don't know what they are talking about half the time. I have been without wifi service for 5 days now and they keep saying they will send a technician to check it out. We are writing exams ONLINE, that was the whole point of having wifi so that we could have internet connection!! They keep saying they will get the technicians to call us back but no one has bothered calling.
