Horrible customer services, I have been experiencing connectivity issues since the day I've subscribed to their service. I pay for 10Mbps yet my WiFi speed is less than 5Mbps, I constantly send them screenshots of my WiFi speed and status of connection. Yet no technician has been sent out to resolve the slow, disconnecting internet connectivity. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone not even my worst enemy.
