Right from the first meeting with the Managing Director, Scott Dewar and the Technical Departments' Chris Kvalsvig, it was evident that these guys were extremely professional and transparent in the manner they do business. Every detail regarding their products and installation process was discussed in depth and it was done professionally. The minor hic-ups were immediately addressed and sorted out to my entire satisfaction. I cannot conclude this review without mentioning the suburb technical expertise of Chris Kvalsvig, a truly significant asset to Thusano Group!!
